Strange, prickly display inspired by the hand rendered type of a header card on a dime store nail-through-finger novelty.

Classic prank involving the top and bottom of a nail connected by a semi-circular opening.  When you insert your finger, it creates the illusion (from one side) that the nail is actually piercing it.  Let the screaming, fainting and vomiting ensue. Or at least a few eye rolls.

Yes I know in spite of being called the Nail Trick, the illustration features a screw.  These lacks of attention to detail are all part of the fun and fascination for me.
